Elected 3 May 2012 as Liberal Democrat Councillor for
Weybridge North, Elmbridge Borough Council

Andrew Davis has lived in Weybridge North for 30 years: first in Park Lawn Road, then Oakdale Road and now Holstein Avenue.

Andrew Davis has a passion for keeping what is good about Weybridge, and improving the rest. He has been a very active member of the Weybridge Society, and was its treasurer for 14 years.

Andrew works in Weybridge. He set up his business in Weybridge 20 years ago, the Environmental Transport Association. Now it provides breakdown and travel services for 50,000 customers who want to reduce their travel impact on the environment.

Andrew has campaigned actively for years to ensure Weybridge is a good and pleasant place to live:

• to maintain a vibrant town centre, with a variety of shops, restaurants and cultural & leisure facilities

• a safe town with 20mph speed limits in residential roads and safe routes to school

• school places for every child in Weybridge.

Andrew is married to Alison, who works at St James school.  They have two children, one at Heathside and one at St James.
