How to report a problem with Surrey's roads

To report a problem or make an enquiry about Surrey's highways, e.g.:

Surrey County Council is the Highway Authority for Surrey, responsible for all roads except motorways, trunk roads and private roads.

Most day-to-day highway matters such as maintaining and improving roads, grass cutting, street lights, road signing are dealt with by our area offices. Each of these is headed by an Area Director. Elmbridge falls under East Surrey Highway ServicesExternal Link

Surrey County Council (as the local Highways Authority) is responsible for introducing on-street parking controls.  This role is primarily undertaken by the SCC Local Committee and assisted by a SCC DPE Task Group.

Elmbridge is responsible for enforcing parking controls.
